We understand that business is not solely about profit but also about promoting community, stakeholder, and societal well-being. Inspired by the strong Swiss tradition of social responsibility, Axon Active has made continuous contributions to Vietnam since 2007.
By donating 22 laboratories and over 500 PCs, we empower underprivileged students with the tools they need to learn, grow, and thrive.
DEVDAY 2015 - now: The biggest playground for IT Community
DevDay is an annual community-based event dedicated to the IT community in Vietnam. Axon Active is delighted to be the founder and organizer of this event through 10 Years.
Talented speakers around the city, country, and even worldwide present innovative and informative themes. DevDay provides a platform for developers, enterprises, IT students, and technology enthusiasts to exchange ideas, learn, and pursue development prospects.
Free training courses for students
At Axon Active, we believe that investing in people is investing in the future. Education is the cornerstone of personal and professional development — we provide free training courses to more than 20 universities across Vietnam, with some institutions integrating Agile principles directly into their curricula.

We take responsibility for our carbon footprint by embracing carbon accounting across Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions. As a software development company, Scope 3 emissions play a critical role in our Corporate Carbon Footprint. We recognize the impact of business travel, employee commuting, and purchased goods — and we publish the numbers transparently.
