Product owner as a service places an Axon Active-employed Product Owner inside your team to own the backlog, run ceremonies, and represent your business in delivery. The Product Owner works fractional or full-time, applies Scrum and SAFe where relevant, and can run standalone or alongside one of our dedicated development teams.

Requirements elicitation, process mapping in BPMN, and specifications written to BABOK standards that engineers can build from directly. You get documented as-is and to-be processes, user stories with acceptance criteria, and a traceable line from business goal to backlog item. Our business analysis services run standalone or under a Product Owner, full-time or fractional.

They cover roadmap planning, multi-team coordination, stakeholder and risk management, and executive reporting. Consultants run agile project management consulting at the team level and apply PMI/PMBOK or PRINCE2 governance where stage gates are required.

It covers design reviews, scaling assessments, and target-architecture redesigns using TOGAF, the AWS Well-Architected Framework, and proven system design patterns — from a single service-boundary review to enterprise-wide architecture across a modernization program.

They include security audits, threat modeling, application security consulting (OWASP), and compliance reviews against ISO 27001, FINMA, MDR, GDPR, and the EU AI Act. Our cybersecurity consulting services are built for finance, insurance, and healthcare clients.

Hire onsite — or hire product owner capacity specifically — when you need experienced seniority now and can’t wait the 6–12 months a full hiring and ramp-up cycle would take, when you need the role only for a defined engagement window without long-term FTE commitment, or when your internal pipeline doesn’t have anyone at the seniority required. Build in-house when you have a strong internal candidate who can grow into the role with mentoring, when the role is permanent and central to your product identity, or when budget pressure makes a long-term FTE more efficient than a specialist engagement. Many engagements start with us onsite and finish with our specialist mentoring your hire into the role.

The onsite specialist sits where you sit — at your office, in your stand-ups, with your stakeholders. They translate business decisions into engineering work and engineering reality back into business language. If your engagement also includes our offshore dedicated team, the specialist becomes the bridge: they own the backlog, run sprint planning with the offshore squad during the daily overlap window, and unblock anything that needs your team’s input. The specialist is part of your team operationally, but our employee contractually — meaning you don’t carry the HR overhead, and we own their professional development and continuity.

Our delivery teams are in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City, Thu Duc, Da Nang, Can Tho), with onsite specialists embedded at client sites. For EU clients, there’s a 4-hour daily overlap between Swiss afternoon and Vietnamese morning-to-midday — that’s when standups, planning, and live discussions happen. For clients in other regions (US, APAC, Middle East), we adjust the team’s working hours to maintain at least 2–3 hours of live overlap with your business day. Outside the overlap window, work is async. Working language is English. We use your tools — Jira, Confluence, Slack, GitHub or GitLab — not ours.

It starts with an initial call. We listen to what you need and where the gap is, then propose a team shape, timeline, and pricing model. No deck, no sales script. From there it’s contract, then hiring and onboarding.

You own everything, fully — every line of code, every design artifact, every piece of documentation produced during the engagement is yours under standard IP assignment terms. We retain no rights to your product, your data, or your roadmap. During delivery, code lives in your repositories under your access controls; we don’t store production code or production data on our infrastructure. NDAs are signed before discovery, IP assignment is in the master agreement, and every engineer on the team passes background checks plus annual security training.
