He oversees the day-to-day operations that keep 80+ dedicated engineering teams delivering reliably for clients across Switzerland, the EU, the US, and APAC. His focus is on turning strategy into repeatable execution — from hiring and onboarding to delivery governance and cross-team coordination — so that growth never comes at the expense of quality or consistency. Having spent his career close to the craft of building software, Long brings an operator’s discipline to Axon Active’s mission: proving that software delivery from Vietnam can be both dependable and built to last.
