Hai Dang is the Branch Director of Axon Active Vietnam in Da Nang, with around 20 years in the IT industry. He grew from developer to engineering manager and leader, keeping a strong hands-on technical background and a genuine enthusiasm for technology throughout. His expertise spans agile software delivery, engineering leadership, and the practical adoption of AI across the software development lifecycle. As an Agile coach, he teaches and mentors at universities, helping the next generation of engineers apply agile and Scrum in real projects. Since 2015 he has led the organizing team of DevDay Da Nang, one of the region’s largest IT events, and he remains deeply active in Da Nang’s tech community as a bridge between government, education, and enterprise. Hai is a frequent invited speaker at IT events and seminars and a regular guest lecturer at universities, where he shares his perspective on agile delivery, technology leadership, and AI-augmented engineering.
